Wrigley’s Pen Nook, LLC is named after Chanel’s dog, Wrigley. Wrigley is a jack russel terrier chihuahua mix that is feisty, sweet, and a little bit of a diva. Chanel adopted Wrigley in 2018 and never looked back; Wrigley is her world. While Chanel crafts all of the beadable items, Wrigley supervises - making sure that each item looks good and passes quality control.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY/SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT! Once you've placed your order, ADDRESS CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON.

I AM MISSING AN ITEM. HOW DO I GET IT? 

If something is missing from your order, please email us at Wrigleythepup2015@gmail.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER and a CLEAR PHOTO OF THE ITEMS YOU RECEIVED in your package so we can quickly resolve the issue.

We're so sorry about that! While we carefully inspect all items before shipping, sometimes things slip through. If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at Wrigleythepup2015@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and a BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE. You'll also need to provide CLEAR PHOTOS of any damaged or defective item(s) so we can assist you promptly.
